How much does a Hunters franchise Cost? How much will I pay in royalties?
What are the fees?

  • The Royalties are 6% of Gross Revenues
  • The Advertising fee is 2% of Gross Revenues
  • Startup, build out, equipment cost $250,000 to $600,000
How long will it take to get approved as a franchisee and build my business?
A final decision on your franchise application my take 10-12 weeks. Various factors affect the time it takes to evaluate your application, including our review of your financial situation and experience, a personal interview, and, our review of the proposed location and other development in the area. Generally, if you are approved as a franchisee, you must begin construction of the bar within 8 months thereafter and must have the bar open for business within one year.

Who will build my bar? Will you provide plans and equipment list? Can I use equipment that I already own, or used equipment?
As an independent businessperson, you will be responsible for the construction of the bar. Each Franchisee will provide a standard building plan, and we will provide you with standards and specifications regarding furnishings and equipment.

How much money will I make? What will be my profit percentage?
We do not provide actual or projected sales, costs or income of our Hunters' Nightclubs. Actual results vary from club to club depending of size of the community, square footage of the club, and the location of the club. We will assist you to determine these factors to give you the best opportunity for long term success.

Do you offer a Loan Program?
While we encourage everyone to become a franchisee, there is currently no program to provide any types of loans or loan assistance. However alternative financing vehicles, such as private lenders, are available in the marketplace.

What suppliers should I use?
We will assist you and provide you with a list of qualified suppliers for all your needs. By selecting a provider on our list you may receive our corporate discount rate on your equipment and supplies.

What kind of training does Hunters offer?
Before you open your Hunters franchise you and/or your manager must complete and initial training program. You and/or managers and other employees maybe required to attend additional courses, programs, and seminars from time to time.
